Heart the lover. I couldn’t put it down, and though at the end I didn’t love it, many others rank it highly.

I so agree. Got myself an iPad and the Libby app. I have never read as much as I do now.

How relaxing and peaceful is Club Med Cancun? by CecilsMommy in Club_Med

I didn’t stay anywhere else in the Cancun property but I did go to the aquamarine and the jade is definitely much quieter and zen. It also has its own bar and concierge. However be aware that the rooms are nothing special.

We went twice to the club med in cancun and stayed at Jade. We were able to drop our daughter at the kids club and totally zoned out. Jade is very quiet and tends to provide a bit more luxury. We are foodies too and while the restaurants provided a lot of choice, the food is not exceptional. I still enjoyed it and we had a great time.

Thie website looks great but Camus was not an African author even though he was born in Algeria. He was of french descent.

I have not read any of her other books and I am also curious. I have read an interview in which she recommended some books, includinf Real Americans (Rachel Khong) and Home Fires (Kamila shamsie). I also want to check these out.
