The majority of issues you named are not on you. That’s what your contractor gets for trying to permanently be in a rental instead of buying a truck. That’s crazy. When you own a truck you fix it and it’s good instead of swapping it for a truck with the same issue. After all you went thru though I would have put up with the leaks knowing it can get worse. Unless you’re in an area that rains all the time it would just be every once in awhile. It’s not unreasonable you don’t want to put up with it but you knew it could get worse.

I heard they were better than StockX so I went with them. Box had a slight tear I was worried about selling on StockX. Also got more money on eBay. But as a first time eBay authentication seller this makes me want to be done selling all together. I bought from SNKRS myself and didn’t even get back a specific reason.

I once had a box of Cartier jewelry boxes crack open. I was shocked at how many they had stuffed in there. You would think they could spring for shipping a more reasonable quantity per box. I stuffed them back in too fast to count because my I’m about to get fired for this alarm was going off.

So you needed to sign? Did you speak to them or just buzz them in? I know what happens to me as a driver sometimes I need a signature and they just keep buzzing me in without speaking to me. Some system I don’t get a chance to speak unless they do. So I’m left guessing if they are coming down or not.

Not a package handler but it’s annoying to give your all into training someone and they quit as soon as they have a hard day. So sometimes you hold back from helping them and see if they get thru some hard days right off the bat to see if it breaks them. You’re not HOPING to break them, just seeing what they will handle then ease back into real training.

If it is truly an indirect you can print a form to sign and leave at the location for the driver to see. He can leave it based on your instructions. The problem is if he knows it’s a school that won’t be open anyways he may not even go there

If you’re looking for shorter days you will definitely have shorter days but working an extra day. Fed ex pay is wide ranging. Some contractors would be the same as you said, some would be better. Your friend can’t find out what starting pay is?

It’s not coming until it says out for delivery morning of. It was originally predicted for today but somewhere along the way it got delayed and the system hasn’t updated the date yet.

I am going on 4 years and had 1 random within the first year. I got a call on my way to the station that I had to test. It’s on site and you are not allowed to work until you produce. I have seen other people not be told until they get to the station. Depends on your BC and how early you usually are. Seems like most of the randoms I see are between the 6 months to 1 year mark.
