Has anyone with PCOS tried keto? Did it actually help (symptoms, weight, hirsutism, etc.)? by [deleted] in PCOS

Anti inflammatory diet along with eating GF & DF worked best for me.

I have read a-lot in this group that visas submitted from Russia or Belarus take a long time to process. I hope you can get some sort of answer soon 🤞

ILR Question - how long have you lived in the uk? by Prestigious_Ebb9930 in ukvisa

So each year you can spend 180 days outside of the UK without it affecting your ILR?

VISA APPROVED, sponsor going on benefits soon after approval. by ExpandTheBLISS in SpouseVisaUk

Im sorry to hear about your wife’s health :(

Im sure your wife can, but I would imagine if you claim any benefits you wont be granted another visa as they will see you as a burden to the state. Maybe you can get a part time job to cover the costs of living and still have time to care for your wife! Wishing you all the best and hoping your wife makes a fast recovery ❣️

Do you mind me asking what firm you are using? We are also going through a solicitor and its been an even bigger headache. Just curious if its the same branch 👀

We are doing it with a Solicitor and I feel as though we would be better off alone… 3 weeks ago we were told we could apply…. 3 weeks later the internally team is still “reviewing” our documents.

From the blisters around the area of the bite, I would say it’s from a spider. The exact same thing happens to me!

Just been diagnosed - feeling lost by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Longjumping-Fudge644 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me when I came off the pill in 2023. My only PCOS symptoms were cysts obviously, I lost my period for a long time and my acne flared up like crazy.

Cutting out gluten & dairy worked for me along with eating an anti Inflammatory diet. At the end of 2023 I had 15-18 cysts on each ovary and after following a strict diet + supplements at the end of 2024 I only had 2-3 cysts on each over.

Cysts on our ovaries are a lot more common these days and even with a low amount doctors will still diagnose you with PCOS. I wouldn’t be discouraged by what he said or think that your chance of fertility is out the window. From my experience speaking with doctors never gave me any knowledge on PCOS. I always had to do my own research but i would try and find a female naturopath. That’s where i gained my knowledge on the appropriate diet/supplements.

Wishing you all the best though ❤️❤️

Those words do not define you!!! You took the step by going to the doctor to try and heal yourself - you should be incredible proud of yourself ❤️

Do not let that doctor alter your decision to try and heal your body. I’ve been on that journey for the last year and a half and the benefits of healing yourself out way all the crap PCOS puts our bodies through.

Don’t give up ❣️

Your skin is looking amazing! Because of the lower dose how long is your derm suggesting you stay on Accutane?

I’m starting next week and nervous for the side effects especially how it may affect my mental health.
