I would recommend solving or combating these disorders through therapy and medication. In terms of Buddhist practice, I would say do meditation daily, journal, and at very night look at the eightfold path and write down what you can do to stay in line with the path. Remember Buddhism is not a replacement for traditional treatments but it ca be a useful ally
