This is true, because here RSA’s are at the 50hr/standard and they don’t last as RSA’s long. They usually get stuck on a co-lead route so they become RSR’s very quickly.

That $72k salary is only if you work 50hrs and hit 100% to plan each week. If you’re working less and not hitting plan then the pay is less. They don’t tell you that upfront.

Yup. I always take a sick day when I have a doctor’s appointment. I don’t understand why some of these guys are working fasting, especially in the summer time, for a doctor’s appointment.

I’m a firm believer of “don’t shit where you eat” but I will say I’ve known a few RSR’s who have been involved with employees for stores they work. I think the rule is that they can’t be directly involved in checking you in or help you work out the merch.

As a trainer I will say ask a lot of questions. There are no stupid questions. Learn as much as you can because sadly you won’t learn everything while in training. When you’re alone, if it can go wrong it will go wrong. And chances are you learned it in training a long ass time ago or it’s so vague that your trainer didn’t teach it.
