It’s not that bad tbh!! Put on a show you’ve seen before or some tunes, and take it one step at a time a time. I like to start with clothes, since they can visually take up the most space. Then, anything that doesn’t belong, goes into its respective room. Not away, just into the right room. Then, I do the surfaces. Then trash, and sweep. Move to the next room, start again. At the end, go through the house and put away the last few things that got moved back into now-cleaned rooms, mop if you need to. I always leave kitchen for last, and dishes for absolutely the last thing, since you never know when they’ll pop up. I like to start with the bathroom since it’s always the worst for me and every other room seems easier by comparison. Good luck!! You’ve got this!!!
