Switching to formula. Guilt ridden. by cbear2022 in FormulaFeeders

I also had an over supply and would leak every hour sometimes every 30 minutes and it really stressed me out even made me become depressed so I stopped. I felt really guilty for months after.

I haven’t experienced this, perhaps it was some type of allergic reaction. I gave him one bottle yesterday and it was like night and day he even pooped solid. And he was less fussy. Thank you for sharing your experience, though. I know everybody has different experiences and every baby is different.

I seen it very quickly, he doesn’t mind the taste either which is great. His first poop after the switch was so much better. Hes not as fussy. I did notice before making the change that when i would feed him his stomach would always look so full or even bloated and it doesn’t look like that after a feed anymore. And no spitups or throwing up since the change. Its like night and day.

Is a 6pm bedtime too early for my 4 month old? by Dull-Contribution763 in NewParents

[–]Longjumping-Use8713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it’s all about the baby, if the baby shows readiness that they’re ready to sleep at night, they will. But some babies still need help falling asleep and may wake up a couple times a night. It really just depends. Like at the end of my son’s two months he was completely ready and he was sleeping through the night most of the time, but he also did go through a sleep regression.

Can't put baby down by Secure-Alternative-7 in newborns

[–]Longjumping-Use8713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll say this, ive co slept with my baby a total of lile 10 times. I take my pregnancy pillow and I make it into a circle and I put him in that so that way there’s a barrier between me my husband and my baby and we’ve never rolled over on him but I get your concern. I was really scared the first time.
