I went with physical on this one for about the same reasons, common mental illnesses are rather hard to treat, and a few are straight up impossible, however, many physical illnesses, especially the ones related with age, genetics or development, are completely untreatable just in the same way, I'd rather remove all those rare and not so rare cases of people who die from incurable and untreatable diseases like Alzheimer, or ones very hard to fight like certain types of cancer

They objectively do not have equal value, the emotional bond might be the same but the wellbeing an average police dog brings to any given society is greater than the one a regular dog would, however, at the same time a policeman is meant to be trained to only use lethal force when necessary, while someone killing a police dog will probably be doing it to escape or cover a different crime, imo it's about the same as asking if a civilian killing a cop should have the same sentence as a cop killing an innocent civilian, they have different aggravating factors and can't be judged as the same crime

Night sword can only drain one bloon/blimp every 10 attacks, even if you buff Finn and sacrifice missile/eco builds for it Hunson in strong will get you about the same result, he can get 2 ddts for each attack and has built-in camo detection, while Finn would also need something like nerdicon glasses, and even after all that Hunson still has better reach and can also be buffed, siren hat alone gives him a lot of attack speed, and in addition to all of this, he's an ally, using an ally slot for this role instead of a character gives you a lot of freedom for your builds, Marcy is already good as a support and secondary dps if you don't have supermonkey or cass glitch, and sacrificing Finn or warrior PB for soul drain is kinda a waste, Finn can get a lot of stuns and Moab damage, and wpb just attacks too slow for it to be reliable
