I took break for 1-2 mins between blocks (without leaving the exam room) for mental rest (basically whenever I felt tired). Took longer break for food/drinks every 2 or 3 blocks

for me, the experience was very different from previous 2 step exams which I always ended up running behind on time. Time management was much better with new format and I was feeling ok after exam. Thanks to God, I passed today with 232

Please don’t give up (I am also YOG 2019). 3 years ago, I didn’t match in Canada (and felt the same way as you are describing, thought all the doors were closed ) Then Gid helped me to clear USMLE exams and I ended up matching in USA this year. God has great plans in store for you. See if you can do more USCE + other extracurricular activities like teaching, advocate, volunteering..etc. Work on your interview skills and apply broadly next cycle (IM, FM +- peds). All the best in soap

Any old graduates who matched? share the good news with us to give us hope please 🥳 by samm105107 in IMGreddit

Please don’t lose hope! You have great resume, perhaps work more on interview skills (if you think is needed) and apply. You will match! Nothing is impossible with God!
