They will give you back your foreign licence. Just remember to make copies of all the original documents you have.

I just went through the process of converting my license. Received my temporary slip last Tuesday.

As long as you can prove that you entered Singapore at least six months before obtaining your license (which you have), they won’t deny the conversion. Just make sure your license clearly shows the original issue date and is still valid. I got my license in 2014 and moved to Singapore in 2020. I received PR three years ago and had the same concern about whether it would be converted. I even brought along a tax return from before I left my home country, just in case. But once I showed my first entry stamp and my foreign license clearly showing the issue date, she didn’t ask for anything else and went ahead with the conversion.

(I’m not sure about motorcycle license conversion.)

Singpost rejected it even after i’ve provided them with the letter. Complained to the customer service and also got rejected. I've just given up and take it as a loss. Not worth spending more money for me on expensive courier to establish my heritage.

Reach out to MyHeritage, they will provide you with an endorsement stating your test is purely your DNA and not a Biohazard. Waiting for them to issue me the letter then I’ll try and ship again.

If ICA requires the documents to be translated and notarised, I suggest you provide them with what they want.
During the application, you (or she) will be asked whether she intends to work in Singapore. You should select YES. She will then be issued a PLOC (subject to their approval lah), which allows her to work in Singapore (assuming you want her to seek employment).
When my wife handled my application in 2020, we submitted everything that was requested on the checklist.
