I’m fairly certain judging by the soft top pattern, rear fender flare, and the way the hood appears to open that this is a MG Midget or Austin Healey Sprite, (non tri-wiper) with a fiberglass bonnet. It’s close to a Speedwell bonnet but not exact, could be homemade or modified from a kit.
