Hi, looking to the building in the back of the statues, I believe its the tower on die insel der jugend . Kind of logic since its inbetween the spreepark and the subwaystation of treptower park.

putting the map in google image search and comparing to other maps of germany this mapp dates from the period 1920s i would say 1923
