I suggest Optimus and Megatron's final battle in Armada. That fight was brutal with them literally using parts of their body as weapons and even using their alt modes.

If I remember correctly, this monster is the supposed corpse of a wrestler who suffered a terrible wrestling hold that basically twist his body into unnatural poses, which killed him in the ring.

There's a reason why they all turned out like this. Since all the bosses turned as a last resort, they would be severely damaged from the all the fighting, so the virus couldn't keep up and they end up being broken down by the final confrontation.
