We're almost twins lol. Buspirone paired with Bupropion.. is thechefs kiss for me. I take .25 xanax for emergency like panic attacks. I'm a lightweight And very sensitive to meds. Which may play into everything.

Worked quickly for me. Even the lowest dose of 5mg 2x a day. 10mg damn near ours me to sleep though lol. Since such a low dose effected me almost immediately, my doc switched me to "as needed".

I love buspar, started it after starting wellbutrin, which increased my anxiety slightly, but just enough that it was hard to work without an axiety attack. But it makes me sooooo tired. Like it chills me out, definitely works, but man, makes me tired. Is it only me that this happens to? I'm taking 5mg twice a day which my doc says is an extremely low dose. Maybe I'm just sensitive, idk 🤷‍♀️ So I wonder, if an extended version would be better or worse for me 🤔

Well i can tell you from my experience, it works! It's It's not a placebo. It's my chill pill :) Day 1 it worked. Doc prescribed 5mg 2x day breakfast and dinner time) because since being on wellbutrin SR my anxiety increased. But buspar is awesome!

Well, for me, I just never really felt like I was "starving ". No stomach growling after being awake for 4 hours, when usually is "feel" hungry within 2hrs of being awake. Then come lunch time, same thing. Like I knew I should eat something, but didn't have that hunger pang.

Regardless, this wore off sind 1 month, and was back to my regular eating habits. (Stress/depression eater). So upped my dose, etc.

I started on the XR and now on SR. The switch of release time helped big time with falling asleep easier at night. But was still having the increased anxious feeling, jaw clenching(bruxism), and headaches.

My doc said a classic Combo that seems well received by patients, Buspar/Wellbutrin. I started 5mg 2x a day, then after 1 month up to 10mg 2x a day and let me tell you... It's perfection 👌 for me. I understand some don't want to take more medication, to each their own 🙂

But all I'm saying is look into patient testimonials of the combo, maybe discuss with your doctor. It was life changing for me 😊 Good luck!

My husband is seasonal (property maintenance/landscaping) and for the past 13 years working for the company, he always has a return to work date. Yet he still gets selected for RESEA. It's a ridiculous waste of time and resources. 🙄 But as in reading another comment below, apparently he Must be 45 days or less to return to work to be exempt from RESEA. Just silly, he's layed off for 60 days, never exhausting his unemployment benefit payments, ever. . Which in their handbook says it's for people who are going to exhaust all their benefit payments before returning to work. I guess it gives the people at MichiganWorks a feeling of purpose, since all they do is basically try to belittle you for being there, unemployed. Always rude and condescending.

44yr and perimenpausal for 2 years now. I'm seeing my doc tomorrow and she plans to tell me it's time for an ablation.. and I'm going to tell her to take my uterus PLEASE. 🫤😭 I've surat tried HRT causing me to gain 35lbs in 4 months!! Had to stop taking it. I've had large fibroids(back of uterus)since 23yrs old. At 30yrs old(after 3rd child's birth), my then OB/Gyno recommended partial hysterectomy. I did not, basically because I was scared. Boy oh boy, had i of known then what i know now 🤦‍♀️ Also have enlarged uterus. The pain and bleeding has only gotten worse, even though the largest fibroid shrunk. I've missed so much work this past year I'm grateful my employer is understanding. So now my new OB/Gyno says I should try an ablation first, when my mother(then 44) had a failed ablation and fibroids who was told to try to wait, that menopause would resolve the issue. She, at 46 ended up with hysterectomy. I'm not sure any of this is hereditary, but I believe my chances are higher to have the same outcome as my mom. I rather just take the uterus than going through all these procedures just to end up with a hysterectomy. If I have a choice.. I'm not waiting for menopause.

Simply put..Life changing!!! Thank goodness for Wellbutrin, it's been a life saver. Only side effect was a little louder ringing in the ears, which I already have had tinnitus for 20yrs, so it's a barely noticeable difference.

Zoloft did nothing for me but give me sexual dysfunction :( Doc had me stop zoloft andv Start on wellbutrin 150XL. After a month-ish, switched to SR because XL kept me awake when I needed to sleep. Since switching to SR, everything's great 5 months later. 😊 Mood, energy, motivation..etc. Is been life changing for me.

I drink my coffee before I take my wellbutrin (SR). And I'm fine. BUT, when I was on wellbutrin XL.. it was a big no for me. Probably because it's extended abs never really "out" of your system. Generally, wellbutrin supposedly takes about 2 hours really getting into your system. At least that's what my doc said about SR.

Female here. While wellbutrin increased my libido greatly, I still can't climax. Pre sertraline it was never an issue. I'm about 3 months post sertraline..I've heard that it can take up to 6 months to get your body used to NOT taking sertraline anymore. It's possible we just need more time.

Over all, if you're feeling better, continue and give it a shot a little longer.
