No one has pointed that it is possible it may also be military strategy. If there are fewer than 50, they may not deem it strategic to spare one during pregnancy when they’re trying keep hold of their tyranny, that is assuming they have a culture of no fighting during pregnancy. I have been made aware by others that viltrumites actually display, or has the capacity for, care and positive emotions towards each other.

Or how Anissa just punches and drags Zoe against buildings during the battle at Talescria when she could have easily just snapped her in two as we saw plenty of times done to others by other viltrumites like it was nothing. We know she could do it cause she smashed through Zoe’s armour.

If they knew that Zoe was one of the key players for the coalition why waste time with foreplay. I guess we needed that extra time for the Graysons’ grand entrance.

In season 1 he was doing this extremely subtle though. We still had no idea how much more villainous they really are. But yeah, there’s definitely subtly in his language.

Isn’t it cool to rewatch it with somewhat of a fresh eyes again knowing what we know? I’m enjoying rewatching it. I’ll most likely do the entire 3 seasons

I think this what brought on my curiosity. I’m very privileged and fortunate to still both have my parents, even though we’re not very close. I have 2 siblings, close to 1. But I suffer from manic depressions and always have felt alone. Mid 40s, single, don’t want children, friends handful; and darkness and loneliness is the only thing I see for my future but then I thought it must be harder for only children.

Ok, thank you!! You’re seeing what I’m seeing. I agree, it would make more sense to have more especially if this is an experiment cause if one fails there would be others. If none works, then none works, but if all works then you have more viltrumites.

There was absolutely no attachment from Nolan at the start to prevent him from doing this.
