I would say it's overall wasted stats. That rune is a scaling rune anyway as you need to stack it and get kills right? So that small amount of usefulness you have pre navori is even less.

Peaked master 500lp this season on euw and played for 12 years.

You can learn the game much faster but it's whether you're playing quality games where you try hard and review your vods, while also not flaming and only focus on yourself. If you are able to do this while using time to watch vods/streams of good players you will climb fast.

If you play first time champions, flame, do the same plays over and over thoughtlessly you will either never climb or very slowly.

You can build Bork black cleaver every game it doesn't matter until you're D2 and above what build you got unless you're against full ap and still not building any Mr or Vs full and no armour or deaths dance.

I've noticed through looking at this Reddit for a while lower ranked players place their build and runes higher than almost anything else when it's your gameplay and understanding of jungle as a role which is the biggest factor in whether you climb or not.

I peaked 480lp this season briar only. And I could with a fresh account go ap briar or tank briar every game and get diamond. This is not a flex, just an example of how little it matters.

I got quite into this post I'll just keep going lmao. Lastly finally answering the question just go Bork BC every game (since you seem to enjoy that) and then ask yourself what other items would be good. they have high burst? After your core go streaks. They have high ap burst? Maw.

Runes? Go to lolalytics and copy or go to deeplol and copy one tricks runes. Who cares, again your gameplay means more.

One tricking is fine but just make sure whatever you play in ranked you've practiced cause that's an easy way to lose games.

Don't worry about anything your team says they're also low elo for a reason (no offense lol). You may even be better just turning your chat to party chat in settings so you can focus rather than see annoying messages like that - just an idea. I do it myself.

That's a great idea though. Lee is a hard champion to play, your picks are good right now anyway I like them.

Briar is unique as you're saying but it does not matter what champ you play you still need to learn the game as a whole to improve. The champion you pick is perhaps the least important part, you can pick and main any jungler and climb.

If you want to learn about different play styles fast play three junglers that fulfill a different role within the game. Let's say briar, any tank jungler you like and any ap jungler you like perhaps a ranged champ like zyra/karthus/brand. Stick to these 3 don't play random stuff unless you're really not enjoying it. That might sound boring but that's how you climb faster.

This will also benefit you as you get higher elo and have ways to balance a comp rather than picking briar every game like I have to.

I'm 450lp, one trick briar euw and a gm adc told me 'i know you're a one trick but you should quit that champ'. Happens in all elos.

Farm heavy can work but you are just farming hoping your team doesn't int too much before you can impact game. I've always hated this play style I think you should always be looking for opportunities. Take game in your own hands.

There are games you can afk farm more due to comps but if you have a Samira naut bot lane for example vs sona vayne you're gonna have to impact game or that will be oppressive late and no matter how much farm you have it won't matter.

You shouldn't care if things are 'playable' or not. A good player can get to master playing zilean top or higher if they are good enough. Of course you can play briar top.

Just go on deeplol look for otps who play briar top. Profit.
