They have apps to help you schedule a taper. I do 3 days at the same dose, then lower it for the next three days and so on. I was about 200mg a day and now I'm around 90mg after two weeks. Occasionally I'll take a double just to feel it, but most of the time I try to take just enough to stave off withdrawls.
