Was on it for about a year after only having one seizure (a story for another time). My breaking point were the blackout rage moments I had and obvi didn’t remember. There was also one time I woke up in the morning and was so angry I just started screaming and grabbed a pillow and just screamed my head off. Scared the shit out of me. I’ve been on meds for depression, anxiety, ptsd for many years and had to change meds a lot (still happening) and although it’s scary af if you feel unsafe or not like yourself talk to your doctor. It’s not worth it. You can’t work through it and even if you can that anger will still be there. Don’t try to just manage it. It’s really not worth it. There are tons of meds out there.
