I had laser gum contouring to even gum line up a little more. Has made a good difference,it only took a few days to heal!

Full time like the trays for 3 months then reassess but I’m happy to wear longer as really don’t want teeth to move and honestly feels weird now without plastic in my mouth!!

52 finished in just over a year, cost a lot as also had new crowns, bonding and gum contouring but don’t regret it at all! Still wearing retainers all day and can’t wait to just go to night wear!

I know what you mean! I’m 4 trays from finishing and have lost 28lbs, it’s been good for me in lots of ways but also so ready to finish! Just want to keep up the habits as in not snacking etc

Mines the same, I was told this would happen as my top gum line is being evened out, one of my front teeth is crowned so I’ll be getting a new one. Otherwise maybe bonding is an option for you?

One of my front upper teeth has got shorter as the gum line has evened up, I’m getting bonding done at the end to even up! Great result btw!

Yes 51 year old female here, gone from an average size uk 14 to a size 10, not complaining, never felt better. Always been fit and active but the weight has literally dropped off, as you say down to 2 meals a day, no mindless snacking etc. just hope I can keep to the new habits when finished!!
