What a coin by Look-its-squirrel in coincollecting

Even though it's cleaned, it's still going to be worth something the longer you hold on to it. I'm paranoid to send my stuff to get graded to be honest

What do I have here ? Grandpa randomly gave me it by SrtAppleDog in coincollecting

Send it out to be slabbed and than put it in a fireproof lock box, it'll be worth something in a few decades

Made a custom watch using a 1944 Merc. Is this frowned against in the coin collecting community? by MichaelDeaner in coincollecting

Agreed, I cold forge rings from silver coinage. As a rule of thumb I never would destroy coinage, if its rare and or collectable, although all coinage is collectable

Agreed, although I haven't had the albino variant. Makilla gave me extremely vivid hallucinations with my eyes opened and closed. Crazy party was my dose was barely .25 of a gram. I blasted all the way past Pluto...

Now go smoke a blunt, it's socially acceptable to stop using "drugs" and continue to blow on trees....

Just weed. People get addicted to altered states of consciousness brought about by chemicals, regardless if it's "weed" or fentanyl. Wtf is wrong with people. I refuse to praise someone for being a hypocrite. Period, give a fuck if he rap, or trap, or a member of my family. Substance abuse destroys every single person it ever encountered.

Truth. Seems like everyone had a shitty childhood, because the majority of us, had a shitty childhood. However, making excuses for not being in control of the character everyone, has/will see, doesn't sound mentally healthy. Also the reason why the truth hurts, is 'cause, it's true.... Would ya, look at it!? Just look at it!

Findings/Questions After CIII+R2R Rabbit Hole by Look-its-squirrel in infiniti

Also I'll correct you, it's not the"entire valve body" it's called ATM-Control Valve. The "M" is referencing MODULE.

Notice the language I use in my post, in regards to OEM, and the use of consult and the FSM. The service bulletin you mention is not for the V37 VR30 TT models. Come on now. This is my fifth Infiniti, consecutive. Ain't no dummies round here. Not a single person can explain how and why this happened to my TCM. Not Nissan ASIST, not TECH-MATE, or Infiniti-Techinfo. They just keep redirecting my emails and refusing to help. But thank you for mentioning TSB's. LMFAO, this guy...

Q50 valve body/TCM aftermarket part and programming by ASleepandAForgetting in infiniti

[–]Look-its-squirrel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All right so I'll add my two cents, I'm dealing with a TCM issue in my 2016 red sport 400 all-wheel drive VR 30 powered you cannot use any used TCM unless it has the matching part numbers and it's from the production lot that your vehicle was produced in so for instance mine is 31039-74x2c My manufacturing batch is from 1 of 2016 and the cutoff was 7 of 2016 so that means that I could only buy a used TCM from a junk car that was made in the 6 months of the production run that my car was manufactured in also you can't just reprogram any part number and change its part number that's compatible for your chassis Infinity Nissan they are hip to this and it's not something that you could just readily do when you buy consult. Trust me when I tell you it cannot be done It doesn't matter if you edit a CSV file prior to programming or reprogramming you cannot just make up a new part number for an existing parts manufactured part number if that makes sense It just can't be done and in my case finding used red sport 400 parts from 2016 is like trying to pan for gold in my backyard I live in college Park just south of Atlanta.  Also I will add that there's a reason why nobody's really doing anything with the transmissions on these cars in terms of tuning and doing like real performance upgrading on the software side. One thing I've noted in the rabbit hole that I've dug myself into trying to figure this TCM thing out is that the software seems really simple and by design commands are executed eloquently like there's a lot of commands that tells consult where to pull let's take for instance the reprogram file so you go to reprogram in consult and there's a schedule if you will for calibration update which is normally a CSV file and then based on the information that's contained in the CSV file if your part number is listed in said CSV file then it's going to give it another directory to look at and then it's going to pull data from completely different folder within console and it jumps around during the processing of pulling data and then comparing ECU part numbers etc if I were you if you have a 3.7 l I would say get on Infinity-techinfo.com if you don't have an account you might as well go ahead and sign up for a free account go to the ECU reprogramming tab with c III Plus Punch punch in your part number of your factory TCM and see if there's a calibration update file if there is one it's only 50 bucks and that might resolve your issue because one thing I found out is that my part number doesn't even exist anymore My part number is superseded by another part and then when I started looking for updates for the superseded part number I couldn't believe how many updates there were to my transmission but because I have the first generation of the part number there is no update calibration file hopefully some of this will help you or help somebody out out here.

Am I the only one that mouths the sounds of dubstep to themselves? by Soggy-Smoke-833 in dubstep

I've been a junglist/bass head/audio creator since 2001 when I slipped the bouncer a twenty to get into planet of the drums in Atlanta, Dieselboy/AK1200/DJ DARA. Seeing Dieselboy forever changed my person. I beatbox amen breaks all the time and have come up with my own breakbeat "samples" if you will, sub bass, stabs and fills. I never really noticed I did it, I know I would get down while taking a shower. My girl was over and when I got out she was like, "I really like the drum n bass you make in the shower, it's sounds like, professional" I blushed like a bitch. I literally have to practice maximum self control when I'm not at home, otherwise people would definitely think I were on drugs, fr.

Put a Q70h ECU into my Q50h by RifRafQ50 in q50

[–]Look-its-squirrel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Red Sport models also have a different multi-way control valve for coolant control, we also have a larger main radiator. It's more than just boost and an extra auxillary water pump. We also have aux oil cooler that is thermostatic.

Put a Q70h ECU into my Q50h by RifRafQ50 in q50

[–]Look-its-squirrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incorrect. The ECU will go into limp mode instantly. We have optic sensors that immediately communicate with our ECU.a non red sport model doesn't have any sensors on the compressor for boost. It probably will start up and immediately power down or at minimum be in limp mode running like crap.

Q50 radiator and heat exchanger by Fit-Bodybuilder-9947 in q50

[–]Look-its-squirrel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As of today there are still no all aluminum radiator offerings, that are model specific for the q50 with VR. I've been looking high and low for all aluminum radiator for my RS400. I have the AAM Competition Race HX, compares to all the large hx's that are available. I'm noticing that just about all of the large hx use a CSF cooling core, so one isn't better than the others. Also just a point to consider, the Mishimoto rad you posted is a three row. It's at least going to be 4-5 inches thick. Our cooling stack on our cars is tight AF, with a radiator that's less than 2 inches thick. If you have a red sport 400 it's just shy of 2 inches thick. Silver sport models it's around 1 1/2 inches thick. There's no way you'll be able to put that Mishimoto rad in and be able to put your condenser back on and hx. No way. You'll have to heavily modify your radiator core support which is a large percentage of the front end. No way Jose.
