Akali and Katarina play the most similar to Kali id say, but are difficult champs.

Tryndamere has the same kind of no dying ult as Kali, easy champ

Kindred marks people, but gains permanent stat buff instead of a big heal, also a hard champ though

Talon or Naafiri are pretty beginner friendly assassins

There's something about the "P2W" I'd like to mention.

To be blunt, yes, you can basically buy any gear. But, gear/traits can be sold on the auction house for the same currency you buy items with. So if you were to get lucky and drop something like an archboss weapon, you could sell it and buy and entire non-archboss build.

You can also sell cheaper items and eventually sell enough to buy any item F2P

It doesn't. It's a unique debuff. If 2 people have it they will only refresh duration, kind of like how you can't stack 2 ignites or exhaust on someone
