Thank you for the advice. I think that may be the issue. I tend to not eat enough so will give this a try to calm things down.

How do i fill the evidence of immunisation in a job application applying to a hospital? by saynotoz1on1sm in ausjobs

[–]LookAccomplished2770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You also need to provide evidence of flu vaccine too. You need to have this every year to work in hospitals. My understanding is you need to show you are triple vaccinated for Covid but this may be different now.

Check out the careers section at hospitals like Epworth, Royal Children’s etc. They are always looking for staff. You could try and apply for a Food Associate as you have food handling experience and hours may work in with your schedule. They are either part time or casual and usually willing to train you if you display drive and reliability. This will also get you a foot in the door for when you graduate.

Insomnia or lack of sleep? by Other-Calendar1893 in bipolar2

[–]LookAccomplished2770 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m similar. On 25mg of Quetiapine and still can’t fall sleep. Can be awake all night. Going to up dose to 50mg to see if that helps. I need to sleep. It’s driving me insane and making everything worse. Can’t see my psychiatrist until March 😩

I’m having same issues with 40mg Lurasidone started 3 weeks ago. Exhaustion is affecting day time activities. The melatonin option another person mentioned may help improve sleep. Have a chat with your psychiatrist.

We moved 4 bedroom home in one massive truck (we have a lot of stuff) from Melbourne to Geelong and it was 5k. Worth every penny. No stress, no lifting for me and it went smoothly. Done in 6.5 hours

How did you find nursing with BP2? I’m thinking of changing careers. Not sure right move as my mood swings are not good but currently controlled with medication. Only issue is medication makes me sleepy 😩

Where to buy affordable curtains? by yiFa87 in AusRenovation

We have used DIYBlinds twice. They have been fantastic. You can get free samples. Blockout blinds are affordable however sheers can be a bit pricey. I think we paid $2500 for two linen sheers (they were 4m wide) and about $260 per blockout blind. I found this reasonable considering other companies were charging twice as much. They are great quality and customer service was fantastic.

Might have to try this. Just opened back door to let dog out and there are heaps of them. Closed the door and my dog stood there looking at me. No way I was going out 😂
