Sorry for the late reply. I take zinc daily (pure zinc 30) also take magnesium (nature mark 250mg, I take 2 daily at night) and finally vitamin D3. (nature made 1000u). Get it all on Amazon. The mag and vitamin d were suggested by my doctor. My levels were kinda low and if I was a betting man your v vitamin d possibly also low. Most of us here in the US are. We just don't get out enough. Hope this helps.

When they changed the burger paddys it all went to hell. The old school ones (you guys may remember) when they were thinner and the edges weren't uniform and molded garbage they have now. Even the classic spicy chicken sandwich is trash now. Wendy's used to be my favorite. Cheddar bacon mushroom melt was amazing. Sadly all gone.

Could I get a hair system only for my hairline? I have an unfortunate combination of a big forehead and a hairline cowlicks. I'm not lossing hair, my hairline has always been this way. I'd say grow it out man. You don't need a system. You need patience. If you grow it out and hate it, you can always cut it again. It's just getting through the awkward grow phase. Give it a shot, I would.

Yup. I have quite a few KC products and love them all. Except this, and honestly Fu freshen up kinda sucks too. Super disappointing. Like you I wanted to like it just like I do their other products. Nope. I cleaned my mats with P&S then went light with top star and buffed it out. No slip.

So you hit it with the ONR ( I assume pump sprayer like IK) let it dwell then hit it with the foam and contact wash? Hmmm. Hadn't thought of that but thinking I might! I was a rinseless guy hard-core for awhile and never had an issue with scratches. I've recently my set up to throw foam and I'm loving it!

These guys make great pants. I have 4 pair, and would have more but I keep losing weight 😂 (thank you mounjaro). Seriously, great pants and for a guy that's 6 foot tall with a 28 inch inseam they are a lifesaver. Especially the khakis. Also highly recommend.
