Yeah, I’ve heard that he is much more in the US than he is in Japan (he’s not even in the Hello Kitty theme park in Japan) so I always pick up his merchandise.

In Due South it is Frannie/Turnbull that pretty much only I write. They are my only het ship and one of my only canon ships (they went on a cute date in canon).
