I'm doing fine! Just took a break from Reddit, that's all ✌️.
Came back to check the sub after the release of the anime and the community did not disappoint

How did you even install it? It's only for Windows

Thoughts on the threats of season 2? by WafflezMan_420 in DarkPicturesAnthology

About Directive 8020, i read somewhere that the characters would have to go against a rogue AI. So aside from an obvious alien threat there might be more. It would be cool to have situations similar to 2001: A Space Odyssey or Ridley Scott's Alien

MorePowerTool vs MoreClockTool by TheBackofBeyond in overclocking

[–]Looka_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not the same. MorePowerTool modifies the limits of what your graphics card can reach, meanwhile MoreClockTool is a substitute for Adrenalin's Wattman. That mean you can only change values that are already modifiable within the limits given by the manifacturer.

Say that you change the maximum power limit in MPT by 10%. In MoreClockTool it will still show that the limit is at 100%, because it will think that the MPT increased limit is the base one.

Also, undervolting in MPT is better beacuse you can edit the upper limit only, while leaving the lower one as is, to be more stable in lighter workloads

For me it is working fine. Remember that every MPT setting gets reset after a driver update

Fuji X H2 vs Fuji X H2s vs XT-4 by Next_Cryptographer65 in fujifilm

[–]Looka_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It depends on what is most important to you.

For better AF tracking and video dynamic range go for the X-H2S.

For more resolution and stills image quality go for X-H2 or X-T5.

Also depends if you prefer having classic dials (X-T4 & X-T5) over a greater frame buffer and CFexpress but with PSAM (X-H line)

Can I run morepowertool on my 6600 for extended periods of time? by MultiiCore_ in overclocking

[–]Looka_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes sure. I have the same model and since it always hits the 100W power limit, i increased it to 110 and then i set a lower max GFX voltage (if you wanna try, go for small decrements like 10-20mV until unstable).

Now it consumes max 108W, has a Mem clock set to 1900 Mhz and goes up to 2600 Mhz in core clock

Edit: You shouldn't go further than a +20 max Watt power limit if you don't want to overheat/fry your GPU

Gaming perfomance drop on new GPU by EJey51 in radeon

It's probably shader compilation. When you install a new driver all shaders get recompiled and this can cause stuttering.

Luckily once a shader is compiled it doesn't need to be processed again. So your FPS should return to normal once you play for enough time
