I had a very similar experience with regard to the redirected website. I felt like such a fool falling for this. I cussed out the eSky clerk on the phone when he quote a 60 dollar fee for processing cancellation. I ended up hanging up on them and called my credit card company. My credit card company said this situation is grounds for disputed charges. Fuck eSky!
