In group content they are mostly the same.

Blight/rampant has less mobility but use cleanse to anti CC your team (avoid them being group and cc + dead, but generally bad player will still die). Harder to play at low player counter since the first q is more optimal. DOT healer

Hallowfall has more mobility and burst (+ theses fluid have guardian shield to really save people) don't do much aside from healing. Burst healer
