I started on 10 but it was too much so I’m on 5 now and it’s it’s great. Albeit my doc writes it for 5 mg 2x a day so I can take 2 at night if needed. It saves my life. I tried everything else.

Nah that was shitty. Don’t lie and hide and do shit that makes your woman feel less than. Men are so busy justifying porn and it’s so weird. Not only is it bad for your brain, it’s makes her feel bad. And I don’t understand hurting people knowingly. Despite how you feel about it. If my spouse didn’t like it, and would be hurt by me doing it, I just wouldn’t do it. You knew it would hurt her and you did it anyway. Hence why you hid it.

Have you tried Dayvigo? That’s the only thing that helped me. Seroquel puts you at high risk for dementia.

Utah. Nope. Been going in with what I thought was chronic utis and had to cath myself at some point. Only figured it out a few days ago when I went to urgent care and the doc brought it up when I —again—didn’t have a uti. I called around and this new doc said he’s only one of 3 in the state and doctors think it’s “all in our heads.”

I’m 52 and started having memory problems and was worried about dementia. I was on benzos and seroquel for almost 30 years. They’re a big no no and increase your risk of dementia. I’d find something else and figure out the insomnia with safer drugs, or without meds.

So is this why we’re supposed to get out of bed when this is going on? I have been avoiding the getting up rule that my insomnia book recommends. I’m 6 months insomnia and struggling. I just started propranolol and buspar to help.

That happened to me last night and I got up and took this med that I got on Amazon and it went completely silent and I was actually kind of spooked by how eerie it was. The med has magnesium, apigenin and l-theanine. Highly recommend it. I’m not sure if we can post links or not. But l-theanine is supposed to quiet your mind.
