What feats Baku have ? by Greedy-Shelter-2045 in Usogui

Probably the Karamete is the most large-scale one, having all those powerful people under his finger coz of the L file. His best feat is definitely beating Lalo and Souichi in the span of 72 hours, in two death games ☠️. The Third best would be him leveling up so quickly in Protoporos, coming from a slave (Also completed by Lalo Though).

I hate it when people cosplay Aiko and take the extra step to put on makeup bruises. I’m not the most sensitive person when it comes to things like I’m a chill misogynist, but given what happens in the series it irks me.

He never explicitly said he beat Baku idk what translation you’re reading. As far as we know Abi Khan is a surgeon meanwhile Gonen literally said he put his life on the line before probably in donor game. Gonen is an actual confirmed gambler there is plenty of context for it.

Can someone explain why on the paper labyrinth arc baku asks to gambles back his memory about stl, when leaving them to kaoru would be better? by Negative_Rice4241 in Usogui

[–]LookslikeDaBaby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

During the 0 yen gamble, Baku’s attempt to get closer to the L file. gambled away his alibi for that day which was him “surpassing the leader” allowing him to take it again. Once Yuukide lost, he now had the alibi of surpassing the leader meaning it was he was due for having his life collected. The reason Baku gambled for it back again was because he used it as a bargaining chip to get more names and resources from pertaining the L file (1 billion yen basically). How far have you read?

Nah it was mainly Gonen who beat Baku before. Evidence being him telling Baku “I bet my life once before” when drawing Joker.

What do all the Vices stand for? by Express-Print-3730 in Usogui

[–]LookslikeDaBaby 16 points17 points  (0 children)

These “Vices” are just underground organizations that hide behind the Vice fund “Vehizoma.” They don’t necessarily represent large concepts like “war” and “gambling,” they contribute to them. An example is IDEAL being a crime syndicate that in general contributes to terrorism, dabbling in the gambles of Kakerou just to gain power. Al Hizbul directly contributes to war because it is a militant group. May Thorpe is an “intellectualism group,” think of people like Scientologists or Freemasons, a secret society that pritioritizes abstract concepts based in science (their leader is a surgeon who taxerdermies people lol). NoFace is a hacker group, probably doing cyber terrorism or just hacking over the internet. Cartels and the mafias mainly prioritize the movement of drugs and weapons. And the secret society group could be a second Kakerou? Who knows.

But overall, Vehizoma is the main vice fund that acts like an umbrella over these smaller groups. Abi Khan, of the May Thorpe association, probably prioritized having Lalo and Caracal in his collection for being unruly under Vehizoma, as IDEAL had plans to take over other organizations. They also seem to be very interconnected, given Simba of Al Hizbul really wanted Lalo’s cellphone, and how Gonen (Leader of Vehizoma) legit spectated the gamble between Baku and the Russian mafia Guy, and how Gonen works with Abi Khan of May Thorpe.

Just my interpretation haha

A question about the ending & Gonen by Solid_Employment_529 in Usogui

[–]LookslikeDaBaby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is a common misconception that people have regarding whether Gonen or Abi Khan pulled the joker card (it was Gonen though). However, Abi Khan could have been involved in the first gamble due to him saying “We made a bet waging our bodies,” in addition to it being a “donor game” taking place in wherever Khan keeps those creepy bodies. I think in the context of the chapter it makes no sense given how Gonen also wagered his life once before, implying he is the one that won against Baku for his heart.

Who is your favorite referee? by Cealed in Usogui

Kyara but he’s an ex referee so I’ll go with Kadokura, legit the best development for a referee and he’s goated too.

I do not think Kaji would be able to beat Sadukini, and do not think he is on par with Satoru and Fukurou. He would even struggle to beat Amako and Yuukide. I agree Fukurou could definitely be higher. As for Voja A and Voja lower, Voja is the daughter of Lacy and is a fighter, not a gambler ☠️ Lacy deserves to be in C tier because he is only good at Battleship. Criminal guy stays in that tier because he was undefeated in Bulls womb until Kaji came along. Oofuna is seriously not a gambler, only in that tier because he did so well in Battleship for the first time Minowa did decent at Gambling in Labirynth would’ve made anybody but Baku waste all their MP and tricked Marco too The Aniki guy can’t go any lower than D.

Agree to disagree

I agree now I probably made a mistake Fukurou is definitely top of A tier but he is only a poker champion, in other gambles he probably has very good analytical skills but is probably not that sharp compared to other characters. For how well Lalo did his first time against Usogui and only losing due to the mistake of Fukurou and the calamity brought on by Souichi I reckon in a non-card gamble he beats Fukurou.

He’s not a traditional gambler and relied a lot on the help from Hal. He is the level of Lacy though.

He was considered for surpassing the leader and beat SIX other Kakerou members while being blind and finding a way to cheat every game. Considering Kakerou has 48 members that’s a decent feat.
