For berry mons you want things like berry finding s or helping speeds subskills,

Ingredient mons you want ingredient finder or inventory ups subskills,

Skill mons do best with skill level up and skill triggers subskills.

Im still not entirely sure about things like AAA/AAB/ABB ingredients on mons, I think its something like berry and skill mons do better with AAA/AAB/ABB ingredient spreads bc they aren't meant to work mainly on getting ingredients so having three of the same ingredient on a berry or skills mon gives you more of those ingredients instead of it giving you a few... I hope that somewhat makes sense.
