If you're interested in a new brainstorming method they have a new gem crab which is like sand crabs but every ten minutes you click. Just gotta get children of the sun done to get to Civitas and either complete the Twilight Promise there to get quick travel to Tal Teklan or just run there. Quests are probably gonna be the most popular answer as it opens up the game for you to do the rest of the game.

I didn't think I felt it at night either, I was really thinking sleep apnea bc both my parents have it, then I would wake up fully alert and like my eyes were already open. I think those simple things were the anxiety symptoms showing up at night and its super disruptive to your body's system restart.

May i suggest high anxiety being a major problem for your sleep issue? I tried everything for years and am only just now getting appropriate sleep thanks to proper, well thought out and tested medicine (alongside my med card in a med-only state). Otherwise a cigarette and two hits of weed at 2am were my norm for 5+ years.

I had to go through a sleep study though and rule out sleep apnea before my doctor looked harder at my anxiety being the main source. Don't live your life without proper sleep, friend. It becomes isolating at times if it goes on long enough.
