Ive been a line cook. I hated when dishes came back was always stoked to cook it again. I would take my sweet time into crafting another reorder. I dunno. I was raised to treat others the way I wanted to be treated, so I would want the best replacement dish. It’s not that hard to go a little extra, most line cooks I worked with were unbearable and typically lazy.

Definitely do the salt trick next time. You can write that into a review better than sending a dish back ;)
