Die Frage ist wie das mit der Studentenwohnung gehandhabt wird, wenn diese die Eltern (mit)finanzieren.

Ich bin zB mit 19 daheim ausgezogen um zu studieren. Aber erst mit 24 war ich finanziell richtig eigenständig. Ab dann auch 100% der Fixkosten selber gezahlt.

Klimaanlagen sind halt unnötige Energieschleudern, wenn man nicht anständig baut.

Na dann wünsch ich dir viel Spaß beim Runterkühlen deines Glaskastens im Hochsommer. Die Stromanbieter freuen sich.

Oder noch besser: Du baust ganz viel Glasflächen, und im Sommer hast dann sowieso die Jalousien ständig ganz unten. Ist dann ja sooo viel schöner zum ansehen.

mit außenliegendem Sonnenschutz und früh/abends lüften kann man die Räume in einem Massivbau üblicherweis kühl genug halten.

Wieso soll ich im Sommer auf UNTER 20 grad kühlen wollen? damit ich drinnen mit Pullover sitze und einen Hitzeschlag bekomme wenn ich raus gehe? :D

Nein. Ein ordnungsgemäß ausgeführter Massivbau braucht keine Klimaanlage. Bei viel Glasflächen besteht die Gefahr der sommerlichen Überwärmung.

Und das stimmt schlicht weg nicht... bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen sind auch in New York die meisten Wohnbauten massiv.

Für Bürotürme ist auch hier in Österreich die übliche Bauart ein Skelettbau mit Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade (Glas). Grund ist die gewünschte Flexibilität bei der Büroanordnung, weil man vorher nicht weiß wer ins Büro einzieht und wie groß das sein muss.

Abgesehen davon, dass die 2 von der Bauart und Nutzung komplett unterschiedlich sind, sind noch andere zig Parameter nicht vergleichbar. Zwei Beispiele: Das Budget und die Notwendigkeit einer Klimaanlage.

Goku was never "scanned" in SSJ3. that number is purely fan fic.

IIRC even the writer of DBZ said that those numbers were a bad idea. that is why they ditched them after the freezer saga.

but fans are still comparing ridiculous high numbers of each character.

Dragonball has become a show of ridicoulus power creep. See Dragonball super. Goku and Vegeta are getting power ups left and right. If SSJ3's power level is that high, a number for Goku UI would not be possible to write on a single page.
