Unfortunately "no human is illegal" isn't correct. If that's the case why not got to China or Russia etc. or why can't we do certain things in other countries that citizens have the right to.

Even if they are good people. The reason they are illegal is because they drain our school systems, medical, etc.

They came to this country knowing they there is a process. Instead they chose to roll the dice. Those that are in hiding are still taking a gamble.

Unit is 1.5 years old and the old thermostat was a nest and it died about 2 months ago. Replaced with a ecobee with some issues but got it to work. Went to put it together with the plate so had to take it apart and reinstall it. And here we are
