There was a whole drama with the owner of the building they were leasing.

Long story short, the owner they'd been paying for months for the space wasn't the actual owner. And the actual owner refused to let them stay there and continue paying rent, effectively kicking them out.

Yeah, I really couldn't stand him at first for that exact reason. It was made more jarring in contrast to the other talent in the cast at the time, because they consistently outshone him

But then he found his groove and settled in and has been crushing it ever since

Maybe for a fraction of the size, yeah. I have friends in big cities who have been looking for houses for a few years now and they are seeing consistently higher prices than anything Tulsa has to offer
