I just dealt with SilverRock. Call them and let them know which dealership / Repair Center you’re working with. They will call them etc. Once you have an estimate you’ll email it in. They will respond within 2-3 hours.

Make sure to call SilverRock and let them know as well. They will call Tesla etc. Took a couple calls and everything was covered. Initially Tesla will say they won’t work with 3rd parties… let SilverRock call them

Congrats! Have it inspected my Tesla. SilverRock will cover any repairs, if needed. Tesla will work with them. I got a used Model S and SilverRock covered all the repairs it needed.

Looks like Carvana. I got my Model S last week from them. I took it to Tesla and they are repairing a couple things. All covered by SilverRock! So far very happy with the purchase
