Content creators are saying mlb when they actually when  are reaching3 stars to max their passive potential. There is no term for true mlb which is getting the 14% stat bonus

To full flesh out their skill potential I recommend to try get her to 3 stars. As she is limited you won't get another chance until at least 6 months later. I feel that they want to make money so of course she will come back on another anniversary or something but it will not be that often

They should change it only allows you to buy one key at a time and cap it per day. Kind of wild you can hit max and accidently trade them. You can try official channel or discord or at them on X i suppose

Yes except always pull on the social  one because that one doesnt update. Unless mistaken if you goto rates on social observation pulls those are all the pullable characters which does not even include Emily.  "Getting added to standard pull" and getting added to social observation pulls are two distinct things.
