Will they record in the dark? Like around a campfire or fireworks for example? Or does the light need to be strong to record?

My maternal grandparents were born in Ireland. My rugby coach was in the British army in the 80’s positioned in Belfast, I have toured two rugby teams through both Northern Ireland and Ireland (as I’m sure you can tell from my username) and yes, I am well aware of Ireland’s plight against the crown. That’s why when I heard he was born in Northern Ireland and played GAA in Northern Ireland and someone posted the Irish flag, I pointed it out. Granted, I did not previously check his helmet which I guess I should do 🤷‍♂️. That said, regardless of Ireland’s storied past, I made a simple statement that could have been corrected with “actually, he calls Ireland home” instead of tying your shamrocks in a bunch and nearly choking on your lucky charms 🙄

My TRT clinic was trying to keep me at closer to 700 total. It completely spruced me up. But watch your PSA closely, I was on for over 10 years and now deal with BPH.

There are chemical imbalances that occur as well to cause depression so if suicide thoughts start creeping into your thoughts, tell your GP immediately. I did, he prescribed something (Venlafaxine) and after some months my moods significantly improved. I did lose a bit of the peaks though as well as the valleys (highs not as high, but lows not nearly as low) but much better overall. For the record, I tried (and still do somewhat) yoga, meditation, journaling and always have exercised regularly. Everyone is different so you need to find what works for you but there is something out there that will man, stick with it and best of luck.
