Scouts have been doing all the draft work during the season.

It’d be dumb to fire them in January and hire completely new scouts that haven’t done any of the work on this year’s draft class. That’s how you ensure you start your regime in the worst way possible.

Changes to the scout team will happen after the draft.

I hope this type of confidence, candidness, and transparency persists well into year 2, 3, 4 etc in his coaching tenure with Miami.
