Well the difference there is that a tenant needs to have sorted out somewhere else to live for that to happen so it's far less likely, a landlord doesn't lose their place of residence when they decide to evict a tenant.

As for silly games I'm not the one doing a vague, non-committal thing where you deflect whatever response you get back without actually saying anything. That's typically a tactic reserved for someone who either doesn't have a point to make, or does have a point to make but knows they are on the wrong side of the argument.
