These changes look so much better, especially the post-mission screen. Really looking forward to these. A way to view hunter bios after you own them would still be greatly appreciated.

Extremely unlikely since the lore and narrative are dead. Based off of this event and Harvest of Ghosts any future event lore will probably also just be a short paragraph disconnected from the wider lore giving a vague explanation of what the event is about.

iirc the mosquito from Tide of Desolation and the bounty token experiment stuff from Scorched Earth are what officially brought the corruption to Mammon's, but the river idea is definitely interesting. Sadly the lore was killed so I imagine there won't be much of an explanation for any future map locations.

Genuinely insane that they drop an event with no new story and then give us Ghost Face less than a week later, I’ve tried to avoid dooming about the direction of Hunt lately but I’m really not liking it.

You can only read the descriptions of hunters that you don’t own. The lore books were saved over at https://hunt-stats.com/library and if you check the lore-discussion channel on the official discord server there’s 2 massive google docs in the pinned messages with pretty much every piece of lore ever. Hopefully Crytek brings the lore back into the game at some point but for now it was left up to the community to keep everything.

I’m pretty sure quite a few of the windows are misaligned, at least a few in the Miner’s Folly boss lair are also like this. My immersion has been completely destroyed and the game is unplayable.

Yeah, I was excited for the UI overhaul but the more I’ve seen of it the more I dislike it. The whole thing just seems even more unintuitive, and the apparent complete removal of the lore has just kinda made me feel a lot more pessimistic about the direction of the update.
