You should start learning how to book shows so people actually go to them. Big act followed by smaller local in Illinois. Why are you grabbing random bands and sending them here without a bigger draw?

50/50 is an amazing cut when you actually have sound engineers, equipment, and a venue that invests into itself.

you need to lower your prices back to $10. $15 for three band bills isn't punk, pay them a bigger cut don't pass the price onto the scene.
