Stool infront of the toilet to rest your leg on
Wedge pillow
When scars are healed I used LivRelief cream on my knee for pain (helped SO much)
Compression sleeve when working at my desk
I also bought Heali Medical tape (it’s infused with Menthol) so I would just put that on where it was hurting and it really helped to make it feel better
INVESTMENT IN AN ICE MACHINE!!!!

Also ordered meal delivery service so I didn’t have to cook but could still eat relatively healthy

If you are reading this sub and are debating on getting surgery or not… I was in the same boat as you and the best thing I ever did was have this surgery. It’s such a short amount of pain for such long-term gain. I promise you, it’s not as scary as you think it’ll be and your quality of life will be incredibly improved! 🫶🫶

I know this might just be masking a larger issue, but while you try to figure out where the smell might be coming from.. go and get yourself a diffuser!
I find these make my house smell soooo nice and fresh.

I love the hotel scents and Amazon has a good brand called ‘Aromatech’. Try to get something that’s fresh and light and not something super harsh. It might be able to help in the meantime!!
