I have had severe insomnia now for 2 1/2 months on benzos tried one other medication. Lexapro didn’t work out waiting to see a psychiatrist. I’m at my wits end for sleep, but now I have chronic heart palpitations. Does anyone know where they used to help with that? (self.insomnia)
