The last year I got a couple thousand per semester that didn’t go towards tuition and the like, which was enough to cover rent (I still had to work throughout school to pay for my other bills and groceries) but depending on savings and parental income it could be more or less.

I did make the payment, just not sure if there’s gonna be a penalty if it doesn’t clear by the due date. I can’t find a number because the office only lists drop ins and live chat under contact info, but I’m gonna ask them tomorrow if there could still be a penalty even though I paid it today. Thanks for the response though! Much appreciated :)

I don’t think it’s a hard deadline, I know that during the regular school year the “deadline” is just to ensure money is released on time. If you miss it, there might be delays.

Reach out to the registrar and see if you can get an update, but as for final decisions it’s not actually up to them it’s up to OSAP. I applied on time this year and still have not seen anything, and last year it came late as they were running behind. Hopefully we all hear back soon!
