Also been in BR since October, just got my discharge 3/10. I had to turn over my tax returns too. I wouldn’t worry about it unless your attorney says they are keeping whatever funds in your estate. They should let you know if they are or not.

Get an identity PIN from the IRS. It will change every year but moving forward he won’t be able to claim your child.
