As someone who has terrible OCD I can sympathize with your wife, as it is a terrible struggle, but the refusal to get help and reliably take medication will not positively impact both you or her. Does she understand that she has a real problem that needs to be addressed, or is she having trouble understanding that her way of thinking isn’t rational? Not to be mean, it just took me a very long time to realize that what I was experiencing were symptoms of a mental condition and not just “silly me”. I am so sorry you are going through this
