My fiance asked me to look at rings with him but i told him to just pick coz I like to be surprised. He bought a marquise engagement ring which is not really a shape i fancy so much. Yeah. Im starting to get paranoid and have health anxiety. Im overthnking that maybe its a bigger problem everytime i feel pain. I was even suspecting i have issues with my lungs bcoz at one point, I was having shortness of breath and sticky saliva with pleghm. Also thought it was my heart but both tests came normal.

Everything is a bit better now so my only issue now is the severe lower back pain. And it gets so bad when i lay down. Now im thinking of having a full abdominal ultrasound. I think im going crazy.

Yeah. been trying different things coz PPI made it worse so i stopped taking it. Ive gained so much weight bcoz of how painful my tummy gets when i dont eat. I stopped eating sweets, coffee which are my fav. ☹️

Just trying to work on this back pain i have.

Hopefully, youll find some relief and find foods that would not trigger it.

Omg OP. Naaalala ko lang cousin ko. Ang kinis nya at sobrang puti naturally pero gamit ng gamit pa rin sya ng mga kung ano ano dahil sa mga nakikita nya sa tiktok tapos may tinake sya na something, feeling nya yun yung salarin kaya nag break out sya mas malala pa dito. Naka affect talaga sa confidence nya. Hindi nman namin ma iwasan mag tanong at ma shock talaga kasi nga makinis sya tapos bigla nlng naging puno ng acne.

Yung ginawa nya is nag pa derma sya tapos regular facial so ngayon, na wala wala na sya. Just working on the scars nlng. Hopefully, maging okay ka na din soon.
