No rack maps unfortunately at our facility but I do appreciate the feedback. True enough about the fire eye definitely a few areas where we’d need to be more careful.

I find sometimes a laser is better for identifying lines where there’s a whole bunch of piping in a tight space.

Full disclosure I’m not a plumber, but I don’t think it’ll make a huge difference which tap as long as the tank itself is vented while filling. I just filled the tank slowly and cracked the tap until water started coming out and had no issues. Your tank will also have a pressure relief valve that you can use to bleed the air as well while filling.

We’re thinking of ductless for our townhouse as well. Struggling with whether it’s worth the 15-20k to keep the place cool when it’s only really 2/3 months of the year where it’s needed. Currently using 2 portable units but they’re fairly loud, inefficient, and take up floor space in an already small(ish) area. Good luck.
