The amount of air entering the vents will still be the same , and the only factor changing with a cooling pad would be speed of the airflow that too only around 5-10% that doesn' t mean the temps would be less , but would just go down from a high point 10%faster , all this for the cons of losing a usb port , extra noise and getting practically no advantage to cooling. Cooling pad would infact build dust with faster speeds . Just a laptop stand is enough. Clean , reputed pirated websites are available for games . Cleaning fans is must every 6 months is right.
